i just got this idea to try and stage a little mini-reunion
because spiritcatcher JUST wrote to me, out of the blue
(for the first time in about 2 years, since i heard from him last--something like that)

and that made me think i might get a few people to show up, [MAYBE]
for a little while, at least
so i sent that letter out to the 16 old forum people i have on my facebook list

and yer the first to respond

maybe it's because i haven't renewed the software

keep trying
maybe try to re-register as potato1, or something-
that might work

lemme see if anyone else mentions any problem

also
maybe i can figure out how to download the newest version of the software
but it's 3AM, here, in idaho, now
and i was just about to go to bed
i will try and screw around with it, tomorrow

(i was always worried that i might muck about, and end up erasing everything,
that's why i never tried to renew it, so far--but that shouldn't happen
i shoulda done it a long time ago
probably been three or four new versions since 2006 )

well,
so far, pirky an judge have made it in
maybe this isn't going to happen to EVERYONE
(i hope not)

hopefully it's just a temporary glitch
(seems like a coupla people were complaining about login-problems, a long time ago
i think strobe and hen were having problems for a while
back there-months and months ago
maybe years ago)

-but it's been so long--i hardly even check in here, any more
(because NO-ONE was)
and mary was posting for a while
(a few months ago-in the movie reviews section)
but i wasn't getting email notices
i just checked in one day and saw that he'd been posting
and i hadn't been answering
that reminds me
i gotta get hold of mary
(he isn't on my facebook
says he doesn't DO facebook)

also
i just noticed i wasn't notified, just now, when piriklis just posted
so
yeah
i think the place is glitch happy

i'll try and mess with the software renewal, tomorrow

this is what happened, before

mary would post two or three times
and maybe i'd get one notice
and then i wouldn't get any

Hey Y'all, hey D W--

Don't have many new pics on the computer I'm using, and I just got the i-net
service again. ..I'm now living in an apartment by myself, as my mother passed
a couple weeks before mother's day. I lived with both my folks on my dad's estate
and house and barn he designed and built next to the galein river for about 5 yrs.

My sister patty the eldest sib married a hungarian who was just released from
prison in IL --well the short of it is and results is he was ripping off the estate of tools
etc and talking a lot of shit threats and such about me and to me, and then one
morning he started a mouth fight and then he barged into my home with a large
stick and hits me with it and I beat the crap out of him after he threw a chair that
broke my thumb joint in 3 fractures. Well then to get rid of me they put our mom
in a nursing home then evicted me off the estate--and, if I set foot on it
I'll be arrested.

So my sister who's ripped off the bank abusing her power-of-attorney appointment
is in-kahoots with my brother (the executor) and I'm being swindled and spun. etc...

I do have a nice apartment and did get a few little furnishings from the house,
but it's nothing at all compared to what's there. I don't have any children and that
is a reason my brother and pister use --that's what they do is exploit and use
anything against me or why, don't you see.

I am not very happy and somewhat still disoriented about life and
mid-life crisis.. Which is why I'm not that inspired to write posts or even emails..

Brian, I'm so sorry to hear about your mother. Sounds like life has
thrown you a few serious punches. Maybe right now you should focus on
dealing with your pain by counting your blessings. Some things in life
are out of our control, and we have to focus our will on what's good,
especially when conditions are very cruel. Look for that light. I'll bet
you're a survivor.
